Stella McCartney's office just let me see some of her own-line kidswear, out early Nov, and I couldn't wait to share it with you. So here it is. What d'ya think? It will be aimed at boys and girls from 0-12 with four collections a year. Stella says 'As a brand with many working parents in the team, I wanted to create a desirable, fun, wearable kids collection that was affordable. I feel like all the timeless children’s wear is reserved for the expensive brands and that did not sit well with me. Kids and parents, aunts, uncles, friends, should all be able to have access to Stella McCartney Kids clothes. We have tried to make that possible in this first collection, and hope it is enjoyed!' Get you Stella. Price start at 19 Euros for a T-shirt. Register

I'd love to know what you make of it...
The clothes look like a mix of the whimsical and fun, almost like dressing up clothes, and the practical. Love that pirate jacket, but probably won't mainly be seeing my children in yellow wellies this season!
ReplyDeletelove it! can't wait to see the full line... and love that she's consciously making it affordable too. hooray!
ReplyDeleteI like what I see so far too. Not a million miles away from her stuff for Gap and not too much more expensive. I look forward to looking at it in its entirety x
