her Twitter page last night and our eyes nearly popped out of our heads! A tiny dress, designed especially for Harper Seven, in the divine cat print recently seen in her debut 'Victoria' line in New York. Could this be the beginning of something beautiful, a Victoria Beckham range for babies? Let's hope so.
