    1. What lovely products! My little one was never a great sleeper, so I tried everything! Singing to her while rocking her (I always had to be standing up)usually worked a treat, as did gently stroking her nose as she dozed off. These days, as a two year old, a nice story and soothing song usually do the trick!

    2. I used to swaddle my little one which worked great. Then we had a spell once she grew out of swaddling when she would nap in her sling while I wandered around the flat too afraid to stop moving in case she woke up! Thankfully that passed when I discovered that she would stay asleep for an hour nap in her cot if I just stayed with her for the first 15-20 minutes and put a hand on her back when she stirred.

    3. Aden and Anais is loved by so many! Swaddling worked wonders, but i have to say getting my little ones to sleep helped when i put them down every two hours and let them fall asleep on their own - learned that with my second and it made a huge difference in the early months!

    4. Such lovely comments so far. It is lovely to hear how other mummies have soothed their little ones to sleep. I remember making up appalling lullabies to sing to Evie, lying her on my chest and rubbing her nose to get her off to sleep. We would often just fall asleep together and I would awake a few hours later to find a little lump of baby nestled in my arms. So special.

    5. I'm a bit of an Aden & Anais addict so don't enter me!

My tip is to hum in a deep voice. The vibrations soothe young babies and they relax and drift off within minutes.

    6. My little boy is a bit of a nightmare for waking himself up and the best way we have found to get him back to sleep is a bit of bum patting! I love it because he is only 4.5 months old and his little bottom still fits in my hand, so I love having a little pat of it and making the most of it while I can!!!

    7. my 5 week old has only slept swaddled (blankets, rocking and even dummies don't work) since he was born, such a change from my first. we have to try and wash his pods before bedtime or mummy gets no sleep as he continually pokes himself in the eye.

    8. My son was born prematurely. In hospital we got to kangaroo cradle him. Holding him against my chest and letting him listen to my heartbeat has been able to soothe him ever since.

    9. What cute products and so practical! I find stroking my little one's forehead gently with one finger works wonders when she's fractious.
      Thanks for the lovely giveaway.

    11. My son always likes a bit of Brad Mehldau played very quietly and a wee dance slowly around the room before dropping off.
