CLB ♥ toddler wear at Jam Shop

Fairtrade clothes with serious fashion credentials? Check out Sahel Design, a label recently launched by Charlie Davies, a fashion editor-turned-missionary who is helping revive traditional craft techniques in Burkina Faso. As a resident of the small West African country, Charlie combines her love of fashion with her passion for humanity; every penny of profits of Sahel designs goes back to the women who make them. CLB is smitten with its exquisite accessories for women - think pretty tassel bags and chunky ebony necklaces (show your husbands and partners pronto). Now, as a fun side project Charlie has just launched a range of toddler wear made by local tailors for her online shop Jam Shop. The vibrant yet subtle Africa prints in mini designs - from just £10 for a jumpsuit - make us melt. Ethical fashion at its very best. Available from Jam Shop

Lettie Belle's new designs

Textile designer, Laura Anne Marsden, is adding new designs to her website today. The Chelsea College of Art trained designer has made her name designing eco-friendly felt cushions since giving birth to her daughter, Scarlett Isabelle, in 2009. CLB adores the new collection of vibrant animal designs; we're just finding it hard deciding which one to pick. Somehow, the flamingo is winking at us. Long cushions, £45, square cushiosn, £25. Also, check out her new range of Play Felt Sets, £13.50. All available at Lettie Belle

CLB ♥ Green Baby Kids

Green Baby have just got bigger! How cute is their first range for children? Starting at just £12 for a vest top and featuring the brand's signature 100 per cent organic cotton, sizes range from 2-8 year olds. Available at Green Baby and John Lewis

E-side.co.uk - a stylish new eco website

Blue Whale BPA-free plate, £12.70, by Smiling Planet
It's not always easy for design-conscious parents to seek out stylish but environmentally-friendly goods for their little ones. Now, with the help of e E-side.co.uk, a brand new website with impeccable green credentials and tons of beautiful objects for your home and child, it is entirely possible. This is just the kind of innovative, forward-thinking idea that CLB admires; the founders have done all the hard work sourcing sound ethical, fairtrade and eco-friendly products so you don't have to. But of course the emphasis is equally on brilliant design. We especially love the items featured here including the charming BPA-free plates by Smiling Planet and Mini Mello lacquered bamboo stools. How very chic! CLB is delighted to welcome E-side.co.uk as its newest sponsor.
